Ceramica Fioranese appears in Shanghai

On June 11th, the President of the Italian Trade Commission and the Italian Consul attended the opening in Shanghai of an important new showroom, which is named “Interni” (“Interiors”). It is the only one of its kind and it places Italian ceramics in centre stage. Daniela Selmi and Corrado Basso were part of the delegation representing Ceramica Fioranese and they were given a warm welcome. It is the first showroom in the city to focus solely on Italian ceramics and kitchen and bathroom suite brands. The good name of Italian Living has now spread to the People’s Republic of China, hence the conception and creation of the showroom.
This is Ceramica Fioranese’s first significant showroom experience in the Chinese megalopolis. The challenge is to make a mark and leave a lasting impression of Italian style, which – judging by recent market trends – seems to have found an opening in the extremely complicated Chinese environment.
The showroom was created by the Italian architect Francesco Lucchese and is entirely based around the concept of Italian design.
