Florida High Performance Green House

The Florida High Performance Green House project in Cape Coral in Florida is now nearing completion: this housing unit was built in accordance with the LEED standards.
Architect Paul Sharhiari is the author and soul of this project, and has supported the eco-sustainable environmental impact of ceramics for a long time. He was particularly interested in the marriage of Italian beauty and eco-sustainability, and wanted our company to supply the flooring material for the entire extended living area (Nu_Travertine range from Ceramica Fioranese) for the “green” renovation project.
The designer concentrated on the cost-benefit ratio of green building. The main elements of this house are divided into 5 groups: Energy, Water, Healthy Living, Eco-compatible Materials, Useful-Simple-Sustainable. The study of the life cycle cost/benefit ratio will continue throughout the design and construction phases of this project, and the design group will monitor management costs over the next three years.
We will keep you informed of the last phases of construction, and thereafter on the technical results of the project.
