In Croissanteria Lab is a bistro project by Studio Cierreesse for the Vezzoli family, bakers since 1995. The place offers an impressive range ranging from breakfast to evening aperitifs. Here, Cierreesse has come up with a multi-functional layout for the central island, with a view to helping operators manage a large space that must be able to engage with customers, the production laboratory and the food served at the counter. The surrounding area is industrial, and this is reflected in the interior, with the visible systems on the ceiling reminiscent of a New York loft apartment, in the elongated spotlights arranged throughout the space and the solutions adopted for the vertical and horizontal finishing elements. The CEMENTINE_20 by Ceramica Fioranese are used here as an architectural feature to frame the floor of the central island area, the tables and the bathrooms.
