This renovation project by A4U Studio has transformed a single-floor apartment measuring around 110 m2, featuring dark, narrow spaces and a cumbersome vestibule. A number of dividing walls were demolished to form a bright, spacious living room decorated in low-key colours.
The perception of space is expanded thanks to the use of the same floor tiles throughout the apartment: the 90×90 size, in the colour Cenere, from Fioranese’s I COCCI collection. The material quality of these concrete-effect tiles helps create a warm, homely ambience marked by bright spaces that flow smoothly.
