Villa Pirello is a construction of just over 100 square metres, on a single floor, opposite the Maiella Park. Restored from a building in ruins, the signature feature of the home are the large windows and materials in colours that blend smoothly with the surrounding environment.
The 90×90 tiles in the I COCCI collection by Fioranese, in the colour Cenere, have been used for much of the indoor flooring, as well as marking the walkways around the villa, highlighting and enhancing the smooth indoor-outdoor transition.
