This 110 sqm apartment located along the Tuscolana, in the historic Quadraro district, underwent a complete redistribution of spaces by the architects of the 07AM architect firm. The new kitchen, the only closed section of the living area, is actually set inside industrial-like walls in glass and iron, isolating it from the rest of the living room. This characterises the space and defines the overall style of the entire apartment, also thanks to the presence of porcelain stoneware floor tiles from the CEMENTINE 20 collection in Posa 4. The Mix version of the Cementine 20 tiles was chosen to cover the washbasin area of the bathroom, while the BLEND collection in Ivory and Grey was laid on the floor and the rest of the walls.
The result is an apartment that combines industrial and vintage styles with contemporary furnishings in a perfect balance of elegance and retro taste, creating a modern, warm and welcoming home.
