As the observer enters this panoramic attic behind Porta Latina in Rome, they are struck by the sloping pitch of the roof, which brings an original, dynamic touch to the interior of the apartment, creating natural visual cones. The aim of the renovation project by Brain Factory – Architecture & Design was to make this sloping roof one of the strengths of the project, by making the most of the space available. The project is entitled “M’inclino”.
The minimal, airy total white décor throughout the apartment is given a warmer touch by the parquet and the terrazzo-effect porcelain stoneware floors that also feature in the bathrooms. The designers chose the “I COCCI” collection by Fioranese, which embodies all the charm of vintage grit floors, in resistant, functional ceramic tiles.
