In compliance with arts. 13 and 14 of European Regulation 2016/679, we hereby inform you that COEM S.p.A., registered office in Via Cameazzo 25 – 41042 Fiorano Modenese (Mo), in its capacity as Data Controller, electronically processes your data to respond to your enquiries regarding our products and/or services and subject to your consent for the sending of commercial and advertising material in the form of informative messages and commercial and promotional communications regarding company activities and products (e.g.: e-mails, newsletters, the sending of advertising sms and mms) and in anonymous form for statistical purposes in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and with legal provisions. The provision of your personal data is always optional; however, in the absence of data indicated as “compulsory” in the above form, it will not be possible to provide you with replies to enquiries regarding our products and/or services. Your personal data shall be processed with manual, electronic and/or telematic means through the use of automated call systems (e.g. electronic mail, fax, sms, mms etc.) and through the use of cookies (for more information reference should be made to the Cookies policy available on the site) in compliance with the procedures indicated as per arts. 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of appropriate security measures as required. To analyse and improve the results of communications, the Data Controller uses systems for sending newsletters and promotional communications with reports. Thanks to the reports, the Data Controller will be able to learn, for example: the number of readers, openings, unique “clickers” and the number of clicks; the devices (iPhone, Blackberry, Nokia…) and operating systems (Windows, Apple, Linux, Android…) used to read the communication; details of the activities of single users; the number of users on hold who have not yet confirmed registration; details of the e-mails sent by date/hour/minute; details of e-mails delivered or not and those sent; the list of unsubscribers to the newsletter; those who have opened an e-mail or clicked on a single link; users with message visualization problems; link tracking (that is, the number of clicks made on the message links; click tracking (such as, what links have been clicked and by whom). All these data are used for the purpose of analysing and, possibly, of improving the results of communications. Your data shall be stored by the Data Controller and at the external provider, processed by appropriately appointed staff, and communicated externally only in the event that this is necessary for responding to your requests, and will not be disseminated. Your data may, moreover, also be visualized by companies that manage the website, but limited to technical accesses for web server maintenance and management requirements. Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, your personal data shall be stored for a period not exceeding the performance of the services provided.
You are entitled to obtain from the data controller the cancellation (right to be forgotten), limitation, modification, portability of data and opposition to the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as, in general, you may exercise all the rights provided for by arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the European Regulation 2016/679 by writing to info@fioranese.it.

UE Regulation 2016/679: Arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the Data Subject
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed
of the source of the personal data;
of the purposes and methods of the processing;

certification to the effect that the above operations have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
the portability of the data.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,
for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection,
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
